What is Top 5 training?
Training TOP 5 enables employees to acquire the basic skills for use in the workplace. In line with SECO directives, it meets the first-aid requirements of Article 36 of Ordinance 3 of the Labor Law.
What will I learn in Top 5 training?
- Quickly manage and assess the emergency situation, secure the area and apply first aid until professional help arrives.
- Learn resuscitation techniques including cardiac massage and airway management
- Master the use of an automated external defibrillator.
- Recognize the warning signs and intervene quickly to prevent the serious complications associated with heart attacks and strokes.
- Learn how to react effectively in the event of airway choking.
- Take appropriate action in the event of major external bleeding.
