Training TOP 10 enables employees to acquire the skills they need to intervene effectively for the ten most common workplace medical emergencies. In line with SECO guidelines, it meets the first-aid requirements of Article 36 of Ordinance 3 of the Labor Law.

• Quickly manage and assess the emergency situation, secure the area and apply first aid until professional help arrives.

• Learn resuscitation techniques including cardiac massage and airway management

• Master the use of an automated external defibrillator.

• Recognize the warning signs and intervene quickly to prevent the serious complications associated with heart attacks and strokes.

• Learn how to react effectively in the event of airway choking.

• Take appropriate action in the event of major external bleeding.

• Identify and manage seizures.

• Adopt the right reaction in the event of spinal injuries.

• Use appropriate techniques in the event of burns.

• Communicate with the patient to reassure them and manage the situation appropriately.
