What is PBLS-AED training?
PBLS (Pediatric Basic Life Support) is an essential introduction to first aid for infants and young children. It is aimed at educators, parents and anyone who has to take care of children.
What will I learn in this course?
- Recognize the signs of a life-threatening emergency in an infant or child.
- Learn how to react effectively in the event of respiratory distress, cardiac arrest or airway obstruction.
- Master pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
- How to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in children.
- Intervening in the event of a seizure
- Take appropriate action in the event of wounds or burns, depending on their severity.
- Identifying and managing trauma
- React appropriately to poisoning (household products, medicines, plants).
- Adopt the right reflexes to keep your child safe until help arrives.
