The first aid certificate is valid for 2 years. After this period, a refresher course or update is required to maintain the validity of the certification. For IAS training, a refresh is possible, but must be completed before the certificate expires..

Yes, we offer training courses tailored to groups or companies, under the ‘Company’ heading on our website.

We recommend that you bring comfortable clothing for practical exercises. No special equipment is required.

Yes, there is a practical test at the end of the training. It consists of a 2-minute cardiac massage with a BLS-AED relay.

Yes, for half-day courses, there is a 15-minute break at 10am. For full-day courses, a 60-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks (one at 10am and the other at 3pm) are included.

Yes, a first aid course certificate is sent to you digitally after training, together with a summary booklet.
