The organizer provides a dedicated room or tent, including :

  • Access to electricity and drinking water
  • Sufficient lighting
  • A flat, stable floor (hard ground)
  • A location accessible to emergency services while preserving patient confidentiality

Procedures vary according to the canton in which the event is held. Generally speaking, you need to submit a file to the health authorities ideally 3 months before the event.
We can help you with all the administrative formalities from the moment the quotation is validated, including :

  • Drafting the medical and health concept
  • Declaration to public health authorities (BUSAMA, ASU, etc.)
