These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between :

Hereinafter referred to as “Chris Medical Services” and any individual or legal entity making a purchase or registration via the website, hereinafter referred to as “the customer”.


1. Scope of application

These terms and conditions apply to :

  • all product orders placed via the online store
  • all registrations for training courses offered by Chris Medical Services.

By validating an order or registration, the customer acknowledges having read these conditions and accepts them unreservedly.

Chris Medical Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time of the order.

2. Products and services

The products and services offered are those presented on the website.

Chris Medical Services strives to provide descriptions that are as accurate as possible. However, photographs, illustrations and descriptions are provided for information only and may differ slightly from the product delivered.

Chris Medical Services reserves the right to modify or withdraw a product or service at any time.

3. Control

The order is considered firm and definitive as soon as :

  • the customer validates his order on the site
  • payment is confirmed
  • an order confirmation is sent.

Chris Medical Services reserves the right to refuse an order in particular in case of :

  • any previous dispute with the customer
  • incorrect information
  • of suspected fraud.

4. Awards

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF).

Unless otherwise indicated, prices include applicable VAT.

Delivery charges can be added at the time of ordering.

Chris Medical Services reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

5. Payment

Payment can be made via the means proposed on the site:

  • credit card
  • TWINT
  • bank transfer
  • other suggested means.

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

6. Reservation of ownership

Delivered goods remain the property of Chris Medical Services until full payment has been received.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are mainly made in Switzerland.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Chris Medical Services cannot be held responsible for delays due to :

  • to carriers
  • customs authorities
  • circumstances beyond its control.

The risks associated with transport are transferred to the customer as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.

8. Verification of goods

The customer must check the products immediately upon receipt.

All claims concerning :

  • a damaged product
  • an incorrect product
  • a missing product

…must be notified within 5 days of receipt. After this period, the products are considered as accepted.

9. Returns

Swiss law does not provide for a statutory right of withdrawal.

Chris Medical Services may, however, accept a return within 14 days if:

  • the product is new
  • the product has not been used
  • the original packaging is intact.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of a delivery error.

10. Warranty

Guarantees are those provided under Swiss law.

In the event of a defective product, Chris Medical Services may, at its discretion :

  • replace product
  • repair the product
  • refund the product.

11. Late payment

In the event of late payment, Chris Medical Services reserves the right to invoice :

  • reminder charges
  • interest on arrears
  • administrative or legal costs.

12. Liability

Chris Medical Services declines all responsibility in the event of :

  • incorrect use of products
  • failure to follow operating instructions
  • use for unintended purposes.

The liability of Chris Medical Services is limited to the amount of the order concerned. Chris Medical Services shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

13. Medical products and equipment

Certain products may be intended for professional or medical use.

The customer is responsible for :

  • check the suitability of the product for its intended use
  • follow the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations.

Chris Medical Services cannot be held responsible for inappropriate or improper use.

14. Data protection

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (DPA).

The data is used solely for :

  • order processing
  • training management
  • communication with customers.

Data is not sold to third parties.


Specific training conditions

15. Training registration

Registration for a training course is considered definitive upon receipt of full payment by the participant. A confirmation of registration is then sent by Chris Medical Services.

As places are limited, registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

16. Payment for training courses

Unless otherwise agreed, course fees must be paid before the start of the course.

Chris Medical Services reserves the right to refuse access to training in the event of non-payment.

17. Training content and organization

Training content is presented on the website or in information documents.

Chris Medical Services reserves the right to make minor changes to the program if this is necessary for the smooth running of the course.

An attestation or certificate may be issued depending on the conditions of participation.

18. Modification or postponement of participation

A course cannot be cancelled by the participant.

However, a request for postponement to a later session may be sent in writing to: info@chris-medical-services.ch

Rescheduling is subject to availability only. Chris Medical Services reserves the right to accept or refuse the request after evaluation.

19. Cancellation or modification of a course by the organizer

Chris Medical Services reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training course in the event of :

  • force majeure
  • trainer unavailability
  • circumstances beyond its control.

In this case, a new date will be proposed to participants.

20. Insurance

Each participant is responsible for his/her own insurance.

Chris Medical Services declines all responsibility in the event of :

  • accident
  • injury
  • loss or theft of personal effects

…during training sessions.

21. Copyright

Training materials and documents provided to participants are protected by copyright.

Any reproduction, distribution or transmission to third parties is forbidden without prior written authorization from Chris Medical Services.

22. Force majeure

Chris Medical Services cannot be held responsible for non-performance or delay in performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure, in particular :

  • natural disaster
  • pandemic
  • strike
  • transport interruption
  • decision by the authorities.

23. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Chris Medical Services.
